• Foster creativity and enthusiasm within the virtual learning environment.

• Develop strategies to engage students and cultivate strong student relationships.

• Design lesson plans that align with the established curriculum.

• Monitor and record student grades and overall performance.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• A **Bachelor's Degree** from an accredited college or university is required.

• Must possess a laptop or desktop computer, a webcam, a headset, and **reliable internet access.**

• **Submit a background check** as part of the application process.

• Must be a current Elevate K-12 educator.
