Junior Website Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Develop websites for a variety of clients utilizing UENI’s website builder platform.

• Comprehend each business's objectives, target market, and branding requirements.

• Create the website's structure, layout, and navigation to ensure a user-friendly experience.

• Produce engaging, SEO-optimized website content customized for the client and their audience.

• Select and curate images and icons that reflect the client’s brand identity.

• Choose color schemes and design components that result in cohesive and visually attractive websites.

• Guarantee that websites accurately depict the client’s business, unique value propositions, and mission.

• Conduct quality assurance checks for errors, functionality, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Central/South America.

• Capable of working 8 hours a day, up to 5 days a week, from 7:30am to 4:30pm EST.

• The 5-day workweek includes one weekend day, Saturday or Sunday, depending on business needs.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong creative flair and design instincts.

• Proficient in website builders and content management systems.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices for content development.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Strong time management and organizational skills to adhere to project deadlines.

• Problem-solving capabilities and flexibility in a fast-paced setting.

• Demonstrated experience in content creation, website design, or a related field.

• Experience with small businesses, entrepreneurs, or startups is advantageous.

• Basic technical skills and a willingness to learn website development and digital marketing.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Additional language proficiency may be beneficial.
