Junior Virtual Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance websites as well as internal web-based dashboards for monitoring property portfolios in Atlanta.

• Collaborate with the US-based management team to comprehend manual Standard Operating Procedures.

• Utilize coding skills and automation platforms to digitize and streamline recurring SOP tasks.

• Aid in the implementation and management of AI automation projects related to data processing, tenant communication, and daily operations.

• Complete the Moodle-based training program within the first 90 days and continue throughout employment.

• Investigate software concepts, APIs, and AI tools, applying them to resolve business challenges.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and software issues.

• Suggest and implement logical, code-driven solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related technical discipline.

• Recent graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with less than 3 years of development experience are also encouraged.

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with at least one backend programming language, such as Python, Node.js, or PHP.

• Willingness to learn about APIs, databases, and low-code/automation platforms like Make, Zapier, or NocoDB.

• A strong interest in leveraging AI tools, including the OpenAI API, for business automation.

• Proficient written communication skills in English.

• Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of concentrating on coding and training modules from home.

• Must reside in the Philippines.
