• Assist in managing designated VIP players according to established segmentation, tiers, and engagement strategies.

• Observe player activity, behavior, and engagement indicators, reporting any risks or opportunities to the Senior VIP Manager.

• Help implement incentives, tailored offers, limits, and re-engagement strategies within the specified guidelines.

• Keep precise records of player interactions, offers, and portfolio activities.

• Provide proactive and timely communication with VIP players to enhance engagement and retention.

• Aid in the onboarding of new VIP players, ensuring a seamless initial experience.

• Support reactivation and retention strategies devised by senior VIP leadership.

• Extract insights regarding player behavior, preferences, and engagement trends.

• Assist with VIP-related projects across CRM, social media, and partnerships.

• 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing positions (support, CRM, account management, or similar roles).

• Background in customer support within the gaming or iGaming sector.

• Strong enthusiasm for VIP management, player engagement, and retention strategies.

• Capability to analyze player behavior and spot engagement opportunities.

• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, always-active environment.

• Experience with VIP, CRM, or player lifecycle management is a plus.

• Knowledge of crypto, gaming, sports, or digital entertainment sectors is advantageous.
