Junior VIP CRM Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate pre-VIP players, facilitating their transition into the VIP segment.

• Oversee the ex-VIP segment by re-engaging players who have become inactive or churned.

• Develop and enhance communication pathways and journeys specifically designed for VIP and pre-VIP audiences, alongside associated product improvements.

• Present a strategy for VIP communication chains and reactivation plans for lapsed VIPs during your onboarding process.

• Utilize Tableau, Power BI, internal dashboards, and business metrics to assess campaign performance.

• Collaborate effectively with analytics, product, content, design, support, and marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Ukrainian speaker with a B1 level of English proficiency.

• Prior experience in a CRM position within the iGaming sector (casino and/or sports betting).

• Practical experience managing CRM campaigns, encompassing welcome flows, retention, and reactivation strategies.

• Hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms such as GR8, Smartico, Salesforce, or comparable tools.

• Strong analytical abilities and experience using Tableau, Power BI, dashboards, and CRM/business metrics.

• Knowledge of customer segmentation, A/B testing, bonus mechanics, and engagement metrics.

• Capability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

• A proactive and responsible team player who welcomes feedback and excels in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.
