• Lead and conduct training sessions for both new and current Legal Assistants.
• Support the Development Manager in creating and revising training manuals.
• Implement the initial onboarding process for employees based in LATAM.
• Assist in assessing trainee performance through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with the operations and learning and development teams.
• Oversee training schedules, attendance records, and internal communications.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in training, teaching, remote education, or a similar role.
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and various training software/tools.
