Junior to Middle Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Architects, QA Engineers, and various technical teams to collect, analyze, and document both business and technical requirements.

• Convert business needs into precise functional and technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and relevant documentation.

• Evaluate current business processes, data flows, and system integrations to uncover opportunities for enhancement and automation.

• Develop and validate SQL queries to analyze data, resolve issues, confirm requirements, and assist in solution design.

• Partner closely with Data Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to clarify requirements and ensure effective implementation.

• Engage in solution discussions and technical design sessions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficient in system analysis with the ability to comprehend complex technical solutions and integrations.

• Fundamental SQL skills for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.

• Experience in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, BPMN/UML diagrams, and functional documentation.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Capacity to manage multiple initiatives at the same time.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) proficiency in English.
