• Address Sprinklr tasks assigned through Social Factor’s request ticketing system.
• Develop and conduct quality assurance on Sprinklr configurations to ensure optimal platform usage.
• Offer technical expertise and perform thorough investigations to resolve any issues within Sprinklr.
• Work collaboratively with more experienced Technical Solutions team members to learn, grow, and provide assistance.
• Produce timely, precise, and clear documentation of Sprinklr configuration details for both internal and external stakeholders.
• This role necessitates a demonstration of technical skills that translate into programming and/or software deployment management; experience with Sprinklr or similar platforms is advantageous.
• A completed or nearly completed BA or BS in Marketing, Technology, or other related fields is mandatory.
• Some background in programming is preferred.
• Familiarity and proficiency with social media are desired.
• A consistent track record of problem-solving, along with a display of energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client satisfaction and success, is crucial for this position.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary; the ability to create and present compelling, polished documentation is required.
• A minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X, along with Authenticator requirements of Apple Touch ID or Windows Hello (Camera capability), and an internet speed of at least 50 mbps are essential.
