Junior Technical Account Manager – RTB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee technical integrations while delivering continuous technical support to DSPs, SSPs, publishers, internal business units, and management teams.

• Track, assess, and enhance integrations to ensure alignment with set targets and KPIs.

• Investigate and resolve issues related to exchange integrations and discrepancies, escalating bugs to the Engineering and Product Management teams as necessary.

• Develop SQL-based internal dashboards and intricate reports for business units and Product Management.

• Create tailored reporting API specifications for partners.

• Conduct manual testing of newly introduced features and logic modifications.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot ad display problems on both direct and external publishers’ websites across desktop and web platforms.

• Modify ad formats and styles to enhance user experience and profitability.

• Liaise with partners and internal managers concerning technical challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL syntax.

• Proficiency in MongoDB.

• Proficiency with GET and POST requests.

• Proficiency in terminal and command-line tools.

• Intermediate level of English (B1 or higher).

• Familiarity with Programmatic and oRTB is advantageous.

• Experience with Chrome DevTools and Postman is beneficial.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
