This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Collaboration with the production team to define requirements for each new recruitment;
• Searching for top specialists currently employed at industry-leading companies who could become our lecturers;
• Proper management of candidates in the ATS system: candidate selection, communication, and scheduling meetings;
• Organizing effective communication: providing feedback, analyzing recruitment pipelines;
• Creating reports and analyzing the work performed.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sourcing/recruitment;
• Proficient use of LinkedIn (experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, Boolean Search, etc. is preferred);
• Fluent in Polish and possess a communicative level of English;
• Willingness to learn and explore unfamiliar areas;
• Excellent attention to detail and high linguistic culture: from understanding the lecturer's profile to creating a high-quality offer;
• Proactivity and the ability to think outside the box: you anticipate deadlines and propose excellent solutions;
• Patience: you don’t get bored with repetitive tasks – you meditate on them 😉;
• Of course – communication skills at a PRO level to effectively collaborate with candidates and colleagues.
