Junior Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Actively sourcing passive candidates through a variety of channels, such as LinkedIn, Google search, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools;

• Keeping informed on the latest industry trends and best practices in lead generation;

• Conducting active searches for designated job openings;

• Utilizing different sources and selecting the most effective tools and platforms for candidate searches;

• Initiating communication and establishing trust with candidates;

• Assessing candidates' CVs;

• Collaborating closely with the Recruitment Team;

• Managing the ATS (ensuring accurate and timely filing, data updates, extensions, etc.);

• Conducting market research and analysis (including salary data, technologies, and main competitors), and preparing various reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in candidate sourcing, either within an agency or an in-house role;

• Practical experience with sourcing techniques (such as recruiting on social media and creating Boolean search strings);

• A solid understanding of the IT market and technical roles;

• Experience in both outstaffing and outsourcing models;

• Proficient communication skills in English, at a minimum of Strong Intermediate level;

• A results-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn;

• High levels of self-motivation and self-learning abilities, with a desire to grow and assume leadership roles;

• Capability to prioritize tasks, analyze information, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment;

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
