This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of cybersecurity engineering requirements and authorization processes, including FedRAMP and RMF.
• Aid in the design, development, and deployment of secure IT and Cloud-based systems.
• Support systems engineering initiatives for extensive federal and/or commercial Cloud solutions.
• Engage in Federal Assessment & Authorization (A&A) and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.
• Ensure adherence to federal cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to address changing system and security needs.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or a related discipline.
• One or more required certifications: IAT I, IAM I, or IASAE I.
• A minimum of 2 years of overall professional experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in Cybersecurity or Cloud Security within a U.S. Government agency, ideally comparable in size/scope to DoD or VA.
• Practical understanding of federal IT security standards and frameworks.
• Must be capable of passing a mid-level background investigation.
