This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows workstations, servers, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer user accounts within Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Deploy and oversee Windows devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and end users.
• Execute operating system updates, manage patches, and address vulnerabilities.
• Monitor system performance, ensure endpoint compliance, manage backups, and respond to security alerts.
• Assist with server upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments.
• Maintain precise system documentation, asset inventories, and change records.
• Support cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with frameworks such as CMMC and NIST SP 800-171.
• Collaborate with senior administrators to resolve issues and enhance IT operations.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites or company locations (approximately one to two trips per year, averaging three days per trip).
• Experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or help desk roles.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong skills in troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and communication.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
