This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will aid in integrating our solutions into clients' IT environments and gradually evolve into an expert in IT security, mobile communications, and alarm management and workflow solutions.
• You will engage in customer projects associated with telecommunications and network infrastructure, personal safety systems, as well as server installations and software applications.
• Collaborating with experienced colleagues, you will assist in the planning, installation, commissioning, and handover of our Ascom platforms and solutions.
• You will help configure and customize IT systems and software solutions to meet customer specifications.
• You will participate in diagnosing and resolving system faults through remote access or on-site at the client’s location.
• You will support maintenance activities, updates, and ongoing management of the customer environment.
• You will thoroughly document your work and assist with project and system documentation.
• You will collaborate closely with system engineers, project managers, sales, and other departments while continuing to enhance your skills.
• You will report on project progress, identify risks early, and escalate issues when necessary.
• You have completed vocational training or hold a degree in an IT/technical field (e.g., IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician, or equivalent).
• You possess initial practical experience in IT or telecommunications (e.g., through training, internships, or early professional years).
• You have a foundational understanding of IT systems, networks, and Windows environments.
• Initial exposure to VoIP, communications systems, or ICT solutions is advantageous.
• You have an interest in modern technologies and enjoy enhancing your technical skills.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and demonstrate a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• You are a team player with a strong customer focus.
• You can communicate effectively in German and have a good command of English.
• You hold a valid driver’s license.
