This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Delivering dependable first-line support and overseeing operations to maintain the stability of the gaming infrastructure.
• Promptly addressing client inquiries across both internal and partner systems.
• Handling requests from clients within the Jira helpdesk system.
• Conducting performance maintenance of the gaming infrastructure.
• Collaborating with relevant departments and partners’ helpdesk systems.
• Following a scheduled shift of 2/2/3 from 10 am to 10 pm (GMT+3).
• A degree or incomplete higher education / technical education is a plus.
• B2+ proficiency in English.
• B2+ proficiency in Russian.
• Prior experience in supporting helpdesk systems is preferred.
• Preferred: Experience in technical support (second line).
