This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Facilitate efficient direct collaboration with international clients to comprehend their requirements and deliver precise and prompt assistance.
• Diagnose root causes of reported issues and defects to guarantee high-quality solutions.
• Oversee and configure the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Develop and implement testing protocols.
• Conduct training for end-users and produce necessary documentation.
• Work closely with other SuccessFactors consultants.
• Liaise with various functional teams across the organization.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a key ADMIN or HRIS in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central on the client side.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with additional SuccessFactors modules and integrations is a plus.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will be viewed favorably.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
