Junior Strategy Consultant – Bank Finance Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist colleagues in managing strategic workstreams for finance transformation initiatives aimed at banks.

• Convert intricate business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps alongside your team.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and architecture.

• Engage with clients from the initial shaping phase to execution, including interactions with C-level executives.

• Develop presentations and aid the team in preparing for client calls.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal capabilities and team growth.

• Aid in defining and refining our finance and risk transformation offerings for banking clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Initial experience in strategy consulting, preferably with a strong analytical background.

• Ideally, prior experience in banking, coupled with an understanding of industry dynamics.

• Strong technological affinity — comfortable utilizing digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms.

• Familiarity with transformation initiatives, including process/operating model design and system implementation is advantageous.

• Experience in risk management is a plus.

• Familiarity with finance software, particularly SAP and SAP Fioneer, is beneficial.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in German is an advantage.
