Junior Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Transitioning from developer to co-creator: As AI takes on repetitive coding tasks, your strategic role in product development is set to expand.

• You will acquire skills to analyze business models and user requirements, formulate hypotheses, and convert your insights into roadmaps and product-oriented backlogs.

• Architecture & accountability in the AI era: You will create software that is not only functional but also well-structured and sustainable in the long run—guided by established architectural principles and contemporary patterns.

• You will identify risks linked to AI usage, oversee AI-driven decisions, and monitor costs, API limitations, and system performance.

• AI-enhanced development & deployment: You will leverage cutting-edge AI tools to construct stable prototypes or complete MVPs, automate testing, and ensure secure deployment.

• You will maintain oversight of AI decisions—from quality assurance and compliance with your specifications to observability in a production environment.

• Orchestrate AI as a collaborative team member: You will strategically apply AI within the team, develop agents for various tasks, and coordinate their interactions. You will automate workflows and integrate company data through established frameworks like LangChain or MCP—to deliver authentic AI features that provide value.
