Junior Setup Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate client connections to the aggregator platform and oversee integrations with game providers.

• Offer comprehensive support for client setup inquiries and technical onboarding processes.

• Utilize technical and operational documentation to ensure precise project tracking.

• Organize tasks, updates, and communications through Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.

• Partner with technical and business teams to address client concerns and setup-related inquiries.

• Track the progress of setups and guarantee the timely completion of integration tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B1 level or above.

• Proficiency in Russian at a B1 level or above.

• Background in iGaming, technical support, or a related operational role.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
