Junior SEO Account Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary day-to-day liaison for a portfolio of law firm clients, overseeing communication, managing expectations, and nurturing relationships.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, development, SEO, and paid media to ensure that client deliverables are clearly defined, assigned, and completed within deadlines.

• Engage in client calls and meetings, taking comprehensive notes, tracking action items, and following up with diligence.

• Monitor the performance of campaigns and projects, identifying issues that require attention before they are noticed by clients.

• Assist in the preparation of client-facing reports, presentations, and status updates.

• Support senior strategists on larger, more intricate accounts while independently managing your own smaller accounts.

• Acquire a foundational understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, paid media, social media, and web, enabling you to discuss campaigns with clients credibly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in account management, client services, project management, or a similar position, with agency experience being a significant advantage.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in every interaction with clients.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

• Capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities at once without becoming overwhelmed.

• A team-oriented individual who collaborates effectively across departments and recognizes when to escalate issues.

• A genuine interest in digital marketing and a desire to understand the factors that contribute to success.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote work environment where priorities can change rapidly.
