Junior Security Awareness Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Security Awareness initiatives tailored to each client's specific context and risk profile.

• Manage campaigns, training sessions, and phishing simulations utilizing the KnowBe4 platform.

• Identify target audiences and personalize awareness campaigns accordingly.

• Analyze security metrics, recurring incidents, and behaviors that pose risks.

• Evaluate campaign performance and highlight areas for enhancement.

• Create management reports and prepare presentations for executives.

• Facilitate client meetings, showcasing results and offering strategic guidance on improvement measures.

• Assist clients in formulating and monitoring action plans.

• Tailor awareness programs to align with each client's business objectives, target demographics, and risk levels.

• Play a role in the continuous development of Security Awareness initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of Security Awareness and human risk management principles.

• Familiarity with or experience using the KnowBe4 platform.

• Knowledge of simulated phishing exercises, training methodologies, and audience segmentation techniques.

• Awareness of the SANS Security Awareness Maturity Model.

• Proficiency in analyzing metrics and generating management and executive reports.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to organize tasks and adhere to deadlines.

• Analytical mindset focused on achieving results.

• Experience with the Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform (KASAP) is an advantage.

• Background in customer service or client relationship management is beneficial.

• Prior involvement in Information Security awareness projects is a plus.

• Knowledge of Information Security frameworks and best practices is advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree is required.
