Junior Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and configuration of Salesforce functionalities, including Automation (Flows, Process Builder), page layouts, UI customization, and data flows along with integrations.

• Work closely with business analysts and QA testers to produce high-quality, maintainable application components.

• Provide support for grants lifecycle workflows while ensuring adherence to organizational standards.

• Engage in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance enhancement of Salesforce applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.

• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices and data management principles.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
