Junior Salesforce Consultant/Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for a diverse range of clients, adeptly facilitating discovery calls, managing expectations, and ensuring projects remain within scope and timeline.

• Convert intricate client business processes into clear, scalable Salesforce functional requirements and technical user stories.

• Collaborate directly with our internal development team to oversee implementation, clarify business logic, and ensure that technical deliverables meet client expectations.

• Execute declarative configurations (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts) to support client initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid and demonstrable experience in real-world business operations, management, or professional consulting before transitioning into the tech industry.

• At least 1 year of active experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, holding at least one current certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst, or App Builder).

• Previous professional experience in project management (either agile or waterfall), account management, or leadership roles.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; complete ease in presenting to stakeholders and leading client-facing meetings.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) — Required.
