This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Oversee and Enhance Salesforce: Manage the daily administration of Salesforce Lightning instances, encompassing user access, profile configurations, and security protocols.
• Develop and Tailor Salesforce: Design and manage custom objects, fields, and page layouts while utilizing automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Workflows, Validation Rules) to optimize processes.
• Offer User Support: Diagnose Salesforce issues, provide technical support, and ensure seamless system functionality for all users.
• Effectively Manage Data: Conduct data imports, exports, and cleansing using tools like Salesforce Data Loader and change sets.
• Document Salesforce Configurations: Maintain comprehensive records of Salesforce setups and processes for future reference.
• Collect and Define Requirements: Collaborate with various teams to gather business needs and outline project scopes.
• Convert Requirements into Actions: Transform business requirements into precise tasks and user stories.
• Create Project Documentation: Generate thorough documentation, including requirement specifications, project scopes, user stories/jira cards, user guides, and process flows.
• Identify System Enhancements: Assist in uncovering opportunities to enhance Salesforce by soliciting user feedback and analyzing requirements.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Support the management of stakeholder expectations, gather requirements, and develop process flows and user stories.
• Collaborate with Senior Team Members: Work alongside senior Salesforce Administrators and Developers to implement solutions and enhancements.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Engage in Team Activities: Participate in regular team meetings and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Attend Local Events: Join quarterly in-person Salesforce/Company events and other necessary meetings within the Klang Valley region.
• At least 1 year of prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst/Consultant, with a solid understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must reside in Malaysia, preferably within the Klang Valley region, to facilitate quarterly in-person meetings and events.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration, including permission control and automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, Workflow).
• Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce Data Loader and change set migration tools.
• Hands-on experience with flow-chart tools (Lucid Chart, Miro, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL (desirable).
• Salesforce certifications (desirable).
