This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide daily administration and support for a Salesforce Unlimited Edition environment serving over 300 users across various business units.
• Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, queues, public groups, and security settings.
• Build, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot Salesforce Flows and other declarative automation solutions.
• Support Sales Engagement, Cadence Automation, Einstein Activity Capture (EAC), and Outlook Integration functionalities.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, validation rules, and related platform features.
• Monitor automation, scheduled jobs, integrations, and overall platform health, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards that deliver valuable business insights.
• Assist with release management, sandbox testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce integrations and collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Document business processes, technical configurations, and administrative procedures to support platform governance and knowledge sharing.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to encourage user adoption and best practices.
• Engage in continuous platform enhancements and Salesforce feature adoption, suggesting improvements that align with business objectives.
• Support and maintain document generation and eSignature solutions, including Conga Composer, Conga Sign, and Adobe Sign.
• Evaluate enhancement requests with a holistic perspective, considering downstream impacts on business units, integrations, automation, reporting, and user experience prior to implementing changes.
• 1–3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.
• Experience in supporting Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Proficiency in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting Salesforce Flows.
• Understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and access controls.
• Experience in creating reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, and customer service.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to think beyond individual requests, recognizing how changes may affect users, processes, and multiple business units within a shared Salesforce environment.
