This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and address Salesforce support tickets from users in the Investor Relations, Investment, and Value Add teams.
• Diagnose issues related to reports, dashboards, data updates, user permissions, and platform functionality.
• Sustain the firm's CRM platform and its associated applications.
• Assist in data maintenance and initiatives aimed at enhancing data quality across Salesforce.
• Develop and nurture relationships with business users to comprehend issues and support requirements.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new Salesforce users as needed.
• Aid in Salesforce configuration tasks, including the creation or modification of reports, fields, page layouts, and workflows.
• Assist in testing and the implementation of enhancements and new functionalities.
• Document recurring issues and contribute to the internal support documentation.
• Support project initiatives related to the launch of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Engagement.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Salesforce administration or support role.
• Proven experience in resolving user support requests or working with a ticketing system.
• Familiarity with creating or modifying Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to work with data effectively.
• Ability to convert business requests into practical solutions.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or progress towards certification is preferred.
• Experience providing end-user support outside of a CRM context is advantageous.
• Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems is a plus.
• Data visualization experience using tools like Power BI is desirable.
• Basic scripting or data manipulation skills are beneficial.
• Commercially oriented.
• Confident and pragmatic approach with the ability to establish credibility swiftly.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to collaborate effectively with business users.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and a spirit of teamwork.
• Highly articulate in both verbal and written communication.
