
Junior Sales Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Respond to inquiries from both prospective and current clients to facilitate sales and assess new products through phone calls, videoconferences, WhatsApp, and email.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle from the first point of contact to finalizing the deal.
• Articulate product and service offerings to potential clients using a consultative sales method that addresses the customer’s primary needs.
• Conduct product presentations effectively.
• Manage the sales funnel and maintain accounts within the portfolio.
• Implement strategies aimed at ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Sales/Commercial sector.
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts, enough to discuss the technical features of our products with developers.
• Experience in Inside Sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Understanding of sales methodologies (SPIN, mental triggers, rapport, etc.).
• Proficiency with relevant tools (e.g., customer support platforms and Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
• Flexible working hours with a 40-hour workweek (core hours 09:00–17:00).
