Junior Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Acquire extensive knowledge of Mueller Infrastructure Water products by shadowing current sales and training staff, conducting training demonstrations for existing customers, and participating in training seminars.

• Travel alongside the Mueller Training Van and field Sales to enhance understanding of Water Division products, associated industries, and the responsibilities tied to the sale of Mueller products.

• Deliver product demonstrations to end-users and distributors.

• Conduct and assist with in-house training sessions.

• Set up and dismantle product displays.

• Prepare for the position of outside Territory Manager upon successful completion of training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus in Business, Engineering, or Communications.

• Willingness and ability to relocate to an open sales territory anywhere within the continental United States after finishing sales training.

• Capability to travel during training and after promotion to the sales representative role (contingent upon successful completion of the program).

• Readiness and ability to travel using a company truck or airplane.

• A valid driver's license with no significant violations.

• Intermediate computer skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• High level of outgoing interpersonal skills along with effective communication abilities.

• Comfort with public speaking and the capability to present to large groups (30+) of customers and other external contacts.

• Ability to stand and deliver presentations for extended durations.

• Must be capable of lifting over 40 lbs. to handle products during demonstrations.
