• Oversee and address incoming inquiries, requests, and leads from potential and current B2B clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate travel managers within the Indian market.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with these partners, ensuring their high satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct online and in-person demonstration meetings, webinars, and presentations to highlight RateHawk’s offerings and technological benefits.
• Keep an eye on competitors and overall trends in the travel industry, identifying new opportunities from incoming inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with RateHawk’s international teams (marketing, customer support, account management) to synchronize activities and campaigns.
• Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for regional management.
• Relevant Experience. A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the complete sales life cycle within the travel industry, focusing on business development and sales management of B2B firms;
• Market Knowledge. Comprehensive understanding of the regional travel market, including B2B travel networks (tour operators, travel agencies, travel management companies, OTAs);
• Language knowledge. Proficient in both Hindi and English;
• Travel Requirements. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time;
• Analytical Skills. Comfortable with data-driven decision-making, metrics-oriented, and proficient with numbers;
• Personal Skills. Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-driven, eager for innovative technology, and adaptable to a fast-paced business environment, team player;
• International Mindset. Capability to understand and operate in a variety of cultural contexts reflecting ETG’s global footprint;
• Experience with API technology deals is advantageous.
