This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to successful deal closure.
• Discover and engage new potential clients through various channels, including outbound efforts, networking, and events.
• Conduct exploratory discussions to assess customer needs and requirements.
• Demonstrate our solution through product demonstrations and customized presentations for clients.
• Negotiate contracts independently and finalize deals.
• Recognize objections and formulate suitable solutions throughout the sales journey.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance and evolve the sales strategy.
• Continuously monitor and report on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining CRM data.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate valuable insights to internal teams.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS or software-related context.
• Proven ability to independently manage sales processes through to closure.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Organized working style, with clear prioritization skills and a strong focus on results.
• Capacity to comprehend customer needs and translate them into tangible solutions.
• Confident in managing negotiation scenarios and decision-making processes.
• Fluent in German (native level) and proficient in English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools.
• Fully remote work model.
