This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• A successful Junior Sales Executive will contribute to cultivating profitable relationships with program entities, ensuring that customers appreciate our premium finance services while achieving exceptional and sustainable financial returns.
• The Junior Sales Executive will be tasked with maintaining relationships within a designated geographic area to sustain existing business and foster new and organic growth.
• The individual in this position will develop and enhance strong relationships through personal visits, as well as connections made at trade shows and other insurance-related organizations.
• Establish new IPFS contacts to create business opportunities through cold calling, lead investigation, prospecting, and closing sales, while onboarding and training new customers.
• Cultivate relationships with agencies and brokerages within the assigned territory.
• Increase unit count, premium, and interest margin by safeguarding existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the IPFS portfolio of active clients.
• Conduct needs assessments for prospects and customers utilizing the IPFS Sales process and Salesforce.
• Present the IPFS premium finance package along with online training for the IPFS Quoting System and Account Info System to qualified prospects.
• Foster strong working relationships with multiple IPFS Regional Managers and support associates, including various Account Executives.
• 2-3 years of experience in the financial services or insurance-related field, or marketing experience in an insurance environment.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and sales/closing skills.
• Ability to build trust with a diverse range of personality types.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
