This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Support the management of the complete recruitment cycle, from job advertisement to onboarding.
• Identify, evaluate, and conduct interviews with candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Facilitate interview scheduling in collaboration with hiring managers and candidates.
• Deliver regular recruitment analytics and reports to HR leadership.
• Work alongside the HR team to guarantee an exceptional onboarding process for new employees.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment and Selection, ideally within a corporate setting.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail along with a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in English (to be evaluated during the interview).
