Junior Recruiter – Philippine Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media channels, and professional networks.

• Engage in proactive headhunting for diverse roles across various industries.

• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications in relation to job specifications.

• Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and evaluations.

• Keep precise candidate records within the ATS.

• Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.

• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for both immediate and future recruitment needs.

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial sourcing through to onboarding.

• Achieve recruitment KPIs and hiring objectives within designated timelines.

• Provide ongoing recruitment updates and reports to the Recruitment Team Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.

• At least 6 months of demonstrated experience in recruitment and headhunting.

• Prior experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

• Familiarity with any ATS (Applicant Tracking System) such as Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Teamtailor, Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
