Junior Recruiter, Mass Hiring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions.

• Advertise job vacancies and proactively seek out candidates.

• Facilitate initial interviews and assessments.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver candidate recommendations.

• Manage all stages of the interview process, including feedback and offer management.

• Assist in enhancing recruitment processes and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, whether in an agency setting, in-house, or through an internship.

• A keen interest in recruiting across a diverse range of roles, both technical and non-technical.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher, both spoken and written.

• Self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about personal growth.

• A commitment to taking full ownership of the recruitment cycle.

• Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn, Djinni, or other candidate sourcing tools.

• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems is advantageous.

• Previous experience recruiting for Junior to Mid-level positions.
