This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• The individual will be tasked with managing the various phases of the selection process: Phase 1: Alignment and Planning - Profile definition (Briefing): engaging with the client or hiring manager to comprehend the actual requirements, company culture, and the necessary technical and behavioral competencies to outline the position's scope.

• Salary research: conducting a brief market survey to verify if the proposed compensation is appealing and aligns with the required profile.

• Phase 2: Attraction and Screening - Posting: registering and advertising the job openings on prominent recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Gupy, Catho, Indeed, etc.).

• Resume screening: evaluating applicants and filtering those who best align with the profile.

• Active hunting: proactively seeking out professionals in the market who may not be actively job hunting, utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter or other resources.

• Phase 3: Outreach and Engagement - Initial approach: reaching out to potential candidates to introduce the opportunity and spark interest.

• Follow-up: strategically following up with candidates who did not respond to the initial outreach, ensuring a higher conversion rate within the funnel.

• Phase 4: Assessment and Selection - Scheduling: coordinating calendars for initial interviews and alignment meetings.

• Screening interviews: conducting initial interviews (competency-based or cultural fit) to verify resume details.

• Test administration: sending, monitoring, and collecting technical or behavioral assessments required for the position.

• Phase 5: Client Alignment and Closing - Shortlist alignment: presenting shortlisted candidates to the client, along with summarized evaluations for each.

• Approval feedback and offer letter: formalizing the approval for the selected candidate and dispatching the offer letter (job offer).


⛳️ Requirements

• Degree (in progress or completed) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Previous experience (including entry-level or internships) within the Recruitment and Selection process.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential for outreach and feedback).

• Organizational abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
