This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Support the complete recruitment cycle under the mentorship of the Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager.

• Develop both active and passive applicant pipelines by researching and identifying potential candidates, fostering relationships with community representatives and colleges/universities, assisting with social media branding and professional networking platforms, and enhancing the company's reputation in relevant arenas.

• Oversee the applicant tracking system.

• Cultivate relationships with applicants and independently evaluate qualifications by conducting interviews via phone, video conferencing, or in-person when feasible, analyzing resumes and qualifications, applicant responses, and matching qualifications to job requirements.

• Manage the candidate experience, proactively develop strategic communication, take ownership of requisitions, and maintain relationships with hiring managers.

• Utilize key recruitment metrics to generate weekly activity reports on recruiting activities and needs, consistently meeting or exceeding the weekly goals established by the department.

• Actively participate in recruiting meetings with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and/or Corporate Leadership, as well as collaborate with other recruiters.

• Implement and uphold CARD policies while professionally and ethically representing CARD to internal and external stakeholders.

• Stay updated on industry knowledge and broaden expertise by attending seminars, engaging in educational activities, reading professional publications, and participating in relevant professional organizations.

• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by Talent Acquisition leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• College coursework up to a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Preferred industry certifications from recognized institutions such as SHRM, AIRS, The Recruiter Academy, or others.
