• About HeadQuarters: Headquarters is a worldwide start-up that collaborates with US cannabis companies to offer assistance in finance, sales operations, logistics, and digital marketing. Our team's distinctive expertise allows us to foster innovation in this swiftly evolving industry.

• Position Overview: We are in search of a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals at the outset of their HR or recruitment careers who are eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic global start-up environment.

• You will aid our recruitment initiatives by sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, and assisting in coordinating the entire hiring process. Although this position is entry-level, we seek someone with a strong work ethic and a keen willingness to learn.

• This is a 6-month contract, with a genuine opportunity for transition into a permanent Junior Recruiter role contingent upon your performance and contributions to the team.

• **Key Responsibilities:

• - Sourcing Support: Assist in identifying candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and online communities, to establish a robust candidate pipeline.

• - Screening & Coordination: Evaluate resumes and job applications, arrange interviews, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• - Administrative Support: Keep accurate recruitment data in our systems and assist in preparing regular progress reports for the team.

• - Employer Branding: Serve as a brand ambassador—professionally representing the company and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every interaction.

• - Learning & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to grasp role requirements and support an efficient, unbiased recruitment process.

• - Admin and business partnering activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• - Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• - Interest in Recruitment: A genuine passion for talent acquisition and people operations. Previous internship or volunteer experience in recruitment/HR is beneficial but not mandatory.

• - Language: Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• - Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing social media (particularly LinkedIn) and basic recruitment tools. Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office is advantageous.

• - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to interact professionally with candidates and team members.

• - Organizational Skills: Well-structured and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• - Start-up Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• - Team Player: Receptive to feedback and capable of building collaborative working relationships.
