Junior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruiting process by identifying, sourcing, and engaging candidates using creative and innovative strategies;

• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess overall fit concerning the hiring expectations for all assigned positions, serving as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruitment journey;

• Establish and sustain effective relationships with all designated hiring managers to ensure alignment between candidates and hiring teams;

• Create a diverse and robust pipeline of candidates for all assigned locations, teams, and conditions;

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruiting

• Proven success in directly sourcing passive candidates

• Familiarity with external recruiting resources, including social recruiting

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a demonstrated capability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships

• Experience in effectively collaborating with key stakeholders and hiring managers to facilitate successful recruitment

• Strong sense of urgency and adaptability, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

• Proficient with the latest technology and recruitment tools

• Preferred: Experience in recruiting within the carrier logistics or supply chain industry.
