This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily candidate submissions to ACP for vacant positions.
• Evaluate and respond to applicants while scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate visit timings for applicants with center staff.
• Handle job postings (including posting, pausing, and closing) as instructed by the Recruiting team, ensuring job descriptions and postings are accurate.
• Monitor Teams channels for designated centers, documenting all recruiting needs by center on a weekly basis.
• Address inquiries on Teams channels.
• Represent the organization at career fair tables when necessary and follow up with candidates.
• As needed, develop applicant sources by researching and reaching out to community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and online platforms.
• Assist with various recruiting tasks as directed by the supervisor.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
• Some sales experience is advantageous along with a strong willingness to learn.
• Experience in the ABA field or human services is a plus.
• Basic computer skills are necessary – proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Specific computer skills required – familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• No history of criminal convictions.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a vital aspect of this role.
