Junior Project & Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will aid in the management of project and service contracts, gradually assuming your own set of responsibilities.

• You will coordinate the compliant delivery of our services alongside our IT specialists.

• You will contribute to quality assurance and the ongoing development of our services.

• You will identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration and implement enhancements within the team.

• You will assist with the onboarding of new or modified services.

• You will support adjustments to customer requirements in accordance with defined standards.

• You will serve as a liaison between customers and the Project & Service team.

• You will take on steering and coordination roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, you possess some initial experience in a project or service setting (e.g., IT services, operations, PMO, service desk, or customer success).

• You have a foundational understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and initial exposure to IT operations, ticketing, and workflow processes (Incident, Problem, Change).

• Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence is a plus.

• You have firsthand experience with project work and are preferably acquainted with traditional or agile methodologies.

• You have an interest in new technologies, digital products, and current trends in the IT landscape.

• You can capture and analyze requirements systematically and collaborate with the team to translate them into suitable solutions.

• You present yourself in a friendly and confident manner, communicate clearly and effectively, and enjoy engaging with customers and colleagues.

• Proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken, rounds out your profile.

• You thrive in a team environment, take responsibility for your tasks, and contribute proactively.
