This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Program Manager in managing technology projects, workstreams, and enterprise solution initiatives.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, decisions, dependencies, and risk/issue tracking.
• Monitor progress against deliverables, project objectives, and priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure commitments are progressing and to pinpoint areas needing attention.
• Ensure that project documentation is accurate and project status is clearly visible.
• Organize project meetings, working sessions, status updates, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Develop agendas, take notes, document decisions, and manage follow-up actions.
• Collect updates, summarize progress, and highlight risks, blockers, and crucial decisions.
• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
• Arrange requirements, priorities, open questions, and project documentation.
• Identify and document risks, issues, assumptions, blockers, and dependencies.
• Monitor mitigation plans and raise items that require additional support or decision-making.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, release readiness, implementation activities, and post-launch follow-ups.
• Create documentation, training materials, FAQs, and resources for adoption.
• Promote consistent project management practices, tools, and standards for documentation.
• Contribute to the enhancement of project templates, workflows, and delivery processes.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, technology operations, product operations, business operations, or a related field.
• Preferred experience in supporting technology, software, data, automation, workflow, or enterprise solution projects.
• Basic knowledge of project management principles, delivery tracking, stakeholder communication, and documentation practices.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts, sprint planning, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, or software development lifecycles is advantageous.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to organize and summarize information clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Comfortable working alongside both business and technical teams.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and willing to ask insightful questions to clarify scope, requirements, and next steps.
• Capable of working independently while knowing when to escalate issues, seek guidance, or present concerns.
• Displays accountability, professionalism, and a collaborative attitude.
