Junior Project Manager – Sport Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with and assist the current team across our diverse sports operations.

• Strategize and execute football and other sports operations on-site within your assigned region and, when necessary, beyond it.

• Sustain and nurture the strong relationships formed with our key clients.

• Oversee existing suppliers throughout the year to ensure optimal value creation.

• Identify and assess potential new suppliers and partners.

• Manage the budget for the operations assigned to you and conduct post-event reconciliation.

• Schedule and bill individual services requested by our clients.

• Develop proposals (PPT) for forthcoming operations.

• Handle operations using our proprietary tool, ARENA, including invoicing.

• Organize logistics for our sports teams and their entourages arriving in their designated region.

• Experience in a comparable role within sports, sports logistics, or tourism & event management.

• Ability to seamlessly integrate into our team and learn from the experience.

• Confidence to autonomously manage a designated number of groups and teams.

• Strong commitment to supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

• Excellent knowledge of destinations.

• Proven skills in negotiating with suppliers and clients.

• Proficiency in languages (English and French required).

• Exceptional multitasking abilities with the skill to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Strong planning and execution capabilities.

• Solid project and time management skills.

• A degree in tourism, business administration, marketing, or event management is highly preferred but not mandatory.
