Junior Project Manager – Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Respond promptly to all incoming leads and opportunities.

• Conduct follow-ups on sales discussions, proposals, and subsequent actions.

• Oversee pipeline activities and assist with scheduling meetings.

• Help in the creation and delivery of contracts and proposals.

• Ensure the founder stays accountable for revenue-generating activities and commitments.

• Transform LinkedIn content into blog posts and vice versa.

• Maintain regular posting across LinkedIn and the company website.

• Organize and sustain systems that foster visibility and clarity in execution.

• Coordinate client scheduling for QBRs, check-ins, and recurring meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience supporting consultants, agencies, or fractional executives.

• Proven experience in coordinating contractors or small teams.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategies and methods of content repurposing.

• Basic knowledge of marketing workflows and funnels.

• Practical experience with CRMs and contemporary digital tools.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
