Junior Project Manager – Central Logistics Network, Supply Chain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist and represent the central logistics team in everyday operational activities.

• Facilitate ongoing transport and collection operations among various sites, partners, and central transhipment hubs.

• Address operational inquiries and align with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to national logistics and supply chain initiatives.

• Aid in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project tasks.

• Prepare materials for decision-making (e.g., Excel analyses, reports, status overviews).

• Document, track, and organize project and coordination meetings.

• Support the stabilization and further development of sections within the transport and collection network.

• Assist in the enhancement of KPIs, transparency, and profitability analyses.

• Offer subject-matter expertise for the development of logistics systems and applications.

• Collaborate closely with laboratory sites, logistics partners, business units, and IT.

• Coordinate efforts across various locations and divisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering) or equivalent qualification with some relevant professional experience.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and good proficiency in English.

• Genuine interest in logistics, transport, or supply chain topics.

• Initial experience in project work is advantageous.

• Strong numerical and data skills; proficient user of MS Excel.

• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented working approach.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
