Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Organize project activities, estimates, milestones, and dependencies

• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, risks, and progress of delivery

• Define and document both business and technical requirements

• Facilitate the development process and eliminate delivery obstacles

• Keep stakeholders updated and manage their expectations

• Assist the team in fostering a productive, human-centered work atmosphere

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting

• Aid in resource planning, task assignments, and team development

• Utilize current development and AI methodologies to enhance project delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Project Management experience in software development

• Practical experience in delivering projects within a complex technical environment

• Familiarity with contemporary software development and AI methodologies

• Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, risk management, budgeting, and delivery oversight

• Capability to comprehend and discuss technical requirements with engineers and clients

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities

• Human-centric approach to team and people management

• Customer-focused mindset aimed at business objectives and delivery results

• Effective and confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience in a multinational workplace

• Upper-Intermediate or higher proficiency in English

• Experience with Java or cloud-based projects is an advantage
