This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Assist in the development of project plans encompassing scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource necessities.
• Organize and manage project boards to maintain visibility and ensure tasks are current.
• Monitor project advancement to guarantee deadlines are adhered to, escalating any issues when required.
• Keep thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and schedules.
• Engage in daily stand-up meetings to promote team alignment and address any obstacles.
• Collaborate with senior team members to manage trade-offs among scope, schedule, and quality.
• Conduct testing of system or product features prior to releases to verify they meet acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks.
• Act as a communication bridge between the development team and the Product Manager or Senior Project Manager.
• Ensure stakeholders receive timely updates and clear information regarding project status, scope modifications, and potential delays.
• Partner with senior PMs and the development team to evaluate effort and resource needs.
• Provide communication and support to the Senior Project Manager.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing software development projects.
• Fundamental understanding of web application development.
• Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate level or above).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Theoretical knowledge of user stories and user flow diagrams.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Successfully completed IT PM training courses.
• Eagerness to gain detailed insights into app development.
• Strong theoretical foundation in project management.
