Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee and track assigned projects through various phases of their life cycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing.

• Collaborate daily with the implementation team to monitor progress, ensure timely task execution, and prepare deliverables.

• Create progress reports and project plans.

• Conduct quality reviews of project deliverables.

• Engage in meetings with both the development team and the client.

• Communicate project progress to the client.

• Raise any issues to internal management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT sector.

• At least 2 years of experience in leading software projects.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English.

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).

• Possession of any project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK).

• Experience working in Agile environments.
