Junior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Holds complete responsibility for delivering low to mid-complexity custom market research projects, typically lasting between 48 to 72 hours.

• Manages the expectations of stakeholders effectively.

• Oversees a peer-to-peer texting platform, analyzes key performance indicators, and ensures targets are achieved.

• Generates data and prepares various reports using Excel or SAS.

• Accurately logs sample and project performance data into the database.

• Proactively identifies and leads troubleshooting efforts, addressing and escalating project challenges in a timely manner.

• Communicates effectively both individually and as part of the client-facing project team, respecting issues and escalating when all efforts have been exhausted.

• Clearly and effectively conveys project metrics, timelines, and additional details during handoffs to team members.

• Ensures the quality of surveys using current market research methodologies.

• Sets up projects at the beginning of shifts to ensure call centers are operational and equipped with the necessary materials.

• Analyzes resource management and implements changes to maintain operational efficiency.

• Assesses performance using key metrics (maintaining accuracy, reducing call-waiting times, configuring dialer settings, etc.).

• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).

• Advanced Excel skills and experience (including Vlookup, Countif, Conditional formatting, etc.).

• Organized, professional, and a dedicated team player with a positive attitude.

• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills essential for fulfilling job responsibilities.
