Junior Project Manager – AI-assisted

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of web and mobile applications from the prototyping stage to delivery.

• Coordinate a project team consisting of Backend, Front-End, or Mobile Developers, with support from QA Specialists and Designers.

• Organize project workflows and facilitate regular meetings, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Serve as a project advisor, balancing the client’s roadmap with our internal capabilities and communication.

• Establish the project flow utilizing various tools and methodologies.

• Collaborate with client budget sheets and gradually assume responsibility for project scheduling and delivery (initially with senior support).

• Monitor potential risks and proactively seek out inefficiencies.

• Challenge both your team and the client to achieve a balance between product quality and work efficiency.

• Work closely with a Tech Lead to address technological complexities and prioritize the backlog.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–12 months of relevant experience as a junior PM, associate PM, scrum master, product analyst, project coordinator, or a software developer in web/mobile or similar fields.

• Strong communication skills - proactive, friendly, and assertive.

• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or another AI coding tool.

• Proficiency in English (C1 level) for both speaking and writing, as 99% of our teams and clients communicate in English.

• Active interest in AI tools, demonstrating genuine usage and automation efforts. We will inquire about your experiences and automation practices.

• Solid understanding of how web and mobile products function, including backend versus front-end distinctions, what an API is, and factors affecting software quality.

• Strong critical thinking skills and a sense of ownership.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies; certification is not required, but understanding concepts like daily stand-ups and retrospectives is essential.
