This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Assist engagement leads in the daily management of ongoing projects.
• Aid in monitoring project tasks, schedules, action items, and deliverables.
• Create and sustain precise project documentation, notes, and status updates.
• Professionally communicate with internal teams and client stakeholders in fluent English.
• Support the organization of meetings, document follow-ups, and keep stakeholders updated.
• Facilitate smooth information exchange between the engagement lead, internal team, and the client.
• Learn and apply Tricension's project methodologies, tools, and best practices as you progress.
• Proactively identify risks, obstacles, or gaps to inform the engagement lead.
• Deliver dependable, behind-the-scenes support to ensure seamless project operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (this is the primary requirement for the role).
• Professional communication style appropriate for client-facing engagements.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Capable of managing several tasks, priorities, and deadlines in an organized manner.
• A proactive, reliable, and receptive attitude with a strong desire to learn.
• Comfortable working entirely remotely while maintaining responsiveness and accountability.
• Ability to align with US (Central Time) business hours for collaboration and meetings.
• Some experience in project coordination, administration, or a client-support setting.
• Familiarity with standard collaboration and project management tools (e.g., scheduling, documentation, or task-tracking software).
• Background in SaaS, agency, SMB, or enterprise environments.
• Experience in supporting US-based or international teams or clients.
• Interest in cultivating a long-term career in project or account management.
